She basically rolled off the bed onto the floor. There's a mirror in the middle of the bed underneath, so that's why the shadow's so odd too. Also watch there faces as they bring the blanket up, they watch the girl and even tilt there heads as she rolls out of the bed. They probably turned the mics down/off while she was doing this. Cris Angel has also used this technique in certain tricks as well. :O

The blood is most likely coming from the handles of the knives. If you look, the handles seem much larger than they should, so they're probably full of fake blood that squirts out of a sprayer.

Yes they do move their fingers, look at the guy on the left at 0:17. I think it was to do with the knives, but they were blunt as well, so they could easily press it hard into their arms so it looked like it was cutting through.

Have you guys actually ever tried speaking backwards? It's really not all that hard. Just takes memorization. It took me about 15 minutes to learn how to say "This is a backwards message" backwards.
