im an elite gymnast and its soo HARD. i have training 6 days a week 4-5 hours each day, its tuff you dont get a social life much your trained to wrok hard one misstake could theatern your whole furture.. yyou have to be on time, eat right, train hard and never give up.. i cried once at training and my coach my me work for it the next training session.. its a tuff whole but we choose to do it.

hard stuff, but it does make them 10 times better. i have to stretch my aero girls and they hate it but when they go to do splits and hlk theyre so much better and gr8full of the stretching. Gymnasts are amazing!!!

Yeah welcome to olympic training. These girls are training to be the best in the world. Expect it to be hard. I admire these girls greatly for their abilities. If I tried to do flips on a tiny balance beam I'd break my neck. Girls in gymnastics have strong wills and bodies. They are amazing!

There was a girl named Jillian. Her parents left her at home alone for 3 hours. Each hour she recieved a phone call. It was a man and he just groaned then hung up. She got scared and locked the door. She decided to go hide in her bedroom. When she got there, there was a man hunched over holding a bloody knife. She screamed and then killed her. If you do? not post this on at least 10 videos in the next 20 minutes the hunched man will come and appear in your room late at night one night

I do gymnastics and I love it. But those girls are put under way to much pressure. They were streching that one girl to the point that he was crying. That's sad. If I become an elite one day I don't think I'll go to one of those training camps. It sometimes looks like boot camp in a way.
