When you sprawl get on your toes, so they cannot grab your leg. when someone sprawls on you, you should try to grab their leg and turn out. If your ganna put someone in a headlock, you better get an arm in there, and hold on for dear life, because if they slip there arm out you lose a point. Thats just the important things I make myself do, but most importantly, when your pinned, bridge.

These guys are some of the best wrestlers in the country at the HS level. This was shot at the Beast of the East which is the toughest HS tourney in the nation. Most of the kids are now wrestling D1 with several already winning national titles.

A great successor of the first part. Dude, great job. Personal favorite of this section is the level changing section, my favorite part of wrestling. Especially at 00:40 CLASSIC DOUBLE, You've got to love it. The guy couldn't get off of his back, he tried, but his neck wasn't holding up.

I dont see how that was controversial. You ahve to improve when you have the leg elevated like that. Reason being, you can stand their all day till time runs out with a leg. NCAA refs call it quicker than that, and i think it's the right call. Tough way to lose though.

It sucks when a match is decided by the ref... but thats what happens when both guys wrestle a tight 1 to 1 match. I won't lie the stalling calls were kinda stupid when he had a single in the air but its the right call on the backing up. No doubt though it looks like luke would win that match 9 out of 10 times. tough luck kid.

spataro good job at states son and yes lanno was robbed all menditto did was wait lanno to shoot and was just wrestling with his arms covering his legs didn't do one thing. the fact of the matter is yes, lanno did stall at the end but still menditto stalled for almost the entire match and still he wins... its a shame there are refs that continue to call this biased crowd-controlled stalling rule
