For those who want the track just upload the html to HeyWatch [google it], then convert the youtube upload to mpeg. Load the mpeg on adobe audition. Audition should separate the audio from the video. Take the audio and place it in the multi-track view. Then save the audio on the multi-track as an mp3. That's pretty much it right there. You can clean up the audio if you want to.

LEVEL 4 that has got to be thebest level in the whole game the way the music bulids up in that is increadible.. its like bass then alittle more added then it starts off with the tune goingreally quietly and through out therest of the level the music gets louder and louderand then the boss i can't stop bouncing along to the beat to that part i always play that level in traveling i'v practically mastered it such a great level

I know this may sound like pure speculation. It is just that they also waited to report the inccident until they had moved far from the Indo. Ocean fault line, back into the Pacific, to report it. That means that for a whole week they had one dead and many injured aboard, who had to wait a whole week to get out of the area, before getting treatment etc. When i enquired, they denied it, and told me a man had died! Which was: a week later, there was a story and pic on net, showing a submarine that had just returned home in the pacific, with a very damaged nose cone. I believe a man died of this and there were injures. As to what had happened, they said they ran into a undersea mountain, that was not previously on map. My immed. thought was, it took a week for them to return from the Ind. quake epicenter, and had been using sound bombings to trigger quake on fault line under water & it got a bit intense...

This guy doesn't claim to be an expert on how haarp works, he's just giving his educated opinion on what he has researched. Although the official haarp website says that it's maximum power range is only about 3600 kilowatts, not a billion or whatever astronomical number I heard on on of those youtube videos I saw about it. Although in my opinion, I believe that the government confiscated/stole Nikola Tesla's research and patents which are directly related to haarp's technology.
