Yea you can the only problem is you need to make sure that the phone isn't stolen cuz they check the ESN numbers on the back (since sprint doesn't use sim cards) and if its stolen they won't switch it over. I recommend getting the esn number before buying the phone and clearing it through sprint first.

i wish this phone was more customizeable. it's kool, but you can't customize it other than putting which functions you wanna do on the favs screen. no im client, videos are blocky,web browser is fast but it's prehistoric. this spring app store better turn it around. solid "cell phone" but in no way shape or form an "iphone killer" texting is the best i've seen on a touch screen phone. i dunno, i have an instinct but i want the blackberry storm. the instinct is a really good "cell phone"...lol, if that makes any sense. it has really good phone capabilities. but there are a few things that suck on the instinct; no im client, can't read power point or other complex attachments, not very customizable, multimedia is ok, not great, as in you can do certain things but it isn't spectacular. you can websurf, use nav, and all these other stuff...WHILE ON THE PHONE with the storm.

instinct!my mom got me mine about a month and a half ago and she has one to,we havent had any problems out of them....the camera is whats REALLY amazing,if you showed someone a pic taken from the instinct they would sware it was taken by a pro camera!i have a very very long list of reasons why anyone who is contimplating on if they want the instinct or another phone should get the instinct.hope this helped!!! :)

Hey. I got this phone about a month ago. I just realised that your phone software is totally different. Your buttons are yellow and mine are blue. Maybe because of Sprint/Bell? That's not a hospital for the Cuban citizens, the hospital they were taken to is a section of the hospital where only people with US dollars can go. Wait!! Cuban citizens can go there too! sure. except Cubans get paid about 20 pesos a month. well i dont know much about the policies between the U.S. and Cuba but i still have loads of relatives living there and they still complain about their health issues and not getting adequate treatment. its great that its free, but the stories ive heard, they try to cure themselves with more natural medicines. so idk what you mean about the u.s. leaving cuba alone, but when my parents were there, it was crap but way much better than now according to them and to my cousin who just came to US.

well it shows it all depends on whos talking because im a doctor and i have some cuban friends who are doctors too and... well i see different things, in colombia you have to pay and have the same terrible treatment, and just as i said before without the pressure of the states maybe your parents could have medicines. not saying i believe in comunism i just think the states should step aside and leave cuba be what it is.

Not true. he didnt show the whole picture of Cuba. My parents grew up there during the Castro regime. To get into a hospital nowadays, you gotta bring your own blankets, ur own pillow, even ur own lightbulb because the lights go out. and sleep with one eye open, or sum1 will steal ur crap. u go to the doctor, and u need penicillin for example, but there isn't any left. go to another 50 places, they dont have any either. what doctors usually recommend is herbal medicine and tea.

If you know someone who uses the "VA" hospital, ask them what they think of government health care. The answer to every problem is "more funding", if the system doesn't work, why give it more money? To answer your question, No, I would pay for my own bill. If I still need help, I would turn to Family, Church, and Charity in that order. Most people turn right away to the government. But don't you think that the State owes you a certain level of health? The State needs you to be a fully functioning member of society who contributes to the GNP along with everyone else. In return for that the State should garuntee that it will help you when you are sick, "protecting" it's workforce so to speak. In your User-pays society, the State takes your wealth, through tax, and gives almost nothing in return for it (lets face it, your public systems are an underfunded joke).
