Don't worry about the last question, I figured out how to do it.. The same way you do it with an ipod..lol... You just put your music on to itunes, add an ID3 tag to each song (no more than abuot 500x500 or it will not work) and there you go! album art!! lol

Playing videos on it is practically impossible. Nobody provides video in MPEG-4 files, and that's all it plays. Good luck in trying to convert anything to MPEG-4; I've tried a dozen programs and still can't it to work. Plays nice music, though.

Sony make the best MP3 player, I had the NW-HD3 from 3 years ago the sound was so awesome way better than the Ipod. Ipod sound is so horrible. if you are recently buying this device like myself "week 1/2 ago" it will come with ear phones that cancel's the loud noises from outside and they are comfy. I turned it up to anything because the earphones are that good and it took a day 1/2 for my battery to lose one notch. A note on battery life and camera quality... The battery standby and talk time, are both rated even better than the w810i! And the 3.2mp camera BLOWS THE IPHONES 2.0MP CAMERA AWAY!!! Plus features auto-focus and led "flash". Only downfalls, its $600 price tag, and lack of available color choices. But thats just my opnion...

Thanks for the review. Just wana say one of the reasons I hate the ipod is that it has the looks, but it doesn't play good. I HATE the sound quality, I prefer my mini zen v plus's sound over the ipod anyday. The fact that this walkman can play videos is a bonus to me, this review convinced me to get it asap! Thanks!

thanks for letting us know you can use wmp aswell as the drag and drop, i was torn between this mp3 and the ipod touch 16gb but itunes software puts me off ipods aswell as the sound quality, think ill stick to my sony mp3s. thanks for the vid mate appreciate it.

Got mine 2 days ago. Sound quality is amazing, it is very very small (much smaller than i expected), very nice screen, and bluetooth headset works very good. Has some flaws (wouldn't expect less with BT), but still very nice. The problem with drag and drop is that sometimes you can't put the album art with all the songs. For that I use Media Monkey (that I recently discovered searching for help with the album art), and now it is almost 100% organized. Ipod have forgotten they are building MP3
