Pennsylvania 6-5000 was inspired by the telephone number of the Pennsylvania Hotel in NY, NY, where many of the great Big Bands played in the 30s and 40s. It is, btw, the oldest continuing phone number known, having been the number for the Pennsylvania Hotel since 1919.

I only halfway agree with you. It wasn't a waste to vote Ron Paul because I made a deal with my brother. Neither of us agreed on the two candidates but we both like Ron Paul. So we ditched the two and both wrote in Ron. Yeah, I knew he wouldn't win, but I felt better about that than voting for the "lesser of two evils." Voting for the two candidates is playing into their game and gives you less power.

It's easy to argue with that. That "message" you send is shown as "other." Your message is very negligible and you allow the lesser candidate into office. Also, about you voting democrat: Look at Ron Paul's economic ideas and they are VERY republican. Privatizing the school system would be one of the best moves we could do. Getting rid of things like the IRS, income tax, etc. are all ideas that democrats hate but republicans love.

The McCain campaign has figured out that they cannot trick American's to think that they will be right for the country as far as policies go so they're trying to spread so many uncertainties about the Obama Campaign people are scared to vote for him.
