Rather than etch you might take new plexi and you can have someone with a vinyl cutter cut your etch pattern in an etched glass vinyl, same stuff they use on office and store windows that have a look of etched glass but they couldnt possibly etch the glass due to their lease. It's UV and heat resistant too (to take the sun in a window) so the heat of the machine isnt a problem for the vinyl or the adhesive of the vinyl - and it's compatible with plexiglass as much as glass.

Yeah, I was planning on replacing the plexiglass that came with the original side panel. I might do some custom etchings and highlight them with LEDs or something.

Bill there's a product out for wet application called RapidTac for vinyl...one bottle will last you for eons but will get rid of the bubbles, make it easier to place the vinyl and makes the vinyl stick way better too and you can spray it on the application tape and let it sit a second and the tape will come off like a Post-It page. I think there's a RapidTac video on Youtube somewhere. Nice thing for me doing vinyl on almost anything is being able to work outside in the cold.

Never seen that one up close, but You can mod any case, no rules remember :) I personally like cases designs that are very simple, because they're like a blank canvas for ideas. I personally like Lian Li cases, the A70 tower is very nice.

hey its me again but um...i have been hacked or something so this is my new account .. anyways hehe i did some mods on my nzxt apollo i added a 14cm fan on the top painted black and the interior lime green looks cool i also used some more grayish flames on the exterior so the look cool its pretty nice but i want to ask... im looking for a new case... apollo is to small and i found the Sharkoon Rebel 12 big and looks great for modding no?
