Haha... you don't. You can get a pandora's battery, reset your psp, and re-upgrade using the M33 updates, but other than that there's no way to get an emulator working on an actual sony update.

dude plz help me on this i got 3.40OE-A i got dgen emulator = mega drive that works perfectly, but snez is slow and nintendo 64 = deadelus r 10 and i tried using r 11 both slow and sound is lagged quite bad. I got a ps1 emu on there some how but it dont seem to work basicaly i struggled to get this far from normal firmware to 1.5 to this so im doing well also fluked getting the emulators on there in the first place. So can you help me do my psp up and get the ps1 and n64 working?

what this guy didn't put, is that you need to download the official 1.50 and 3.52 firmwares. just google "official 1.50 eboot" or "official 3.52 eboot" when you download them, extract them, and rename them to 150.pbp and 352.pbp DONT GET THEM CONFUSED, DOWNLOAD THE 1.50 AND RENAME RIGHT AFTER! SAME FOR THE OTHER. that's where you get those two files. (i recommend downloading them from psp-hacks when you search in google)

You have to shut it off, start it up again while holding X and R at the same time. That'll bring up the homebrew menu thing, you have to change it to run on um Jesus I forgot. Whatever it is right now just change it, there's only two options, it's the second one. Then you do everything as normal. The option is in configuration, but I really can't remember what it's called.

Help! i posted this before but i recently updated to 3.40 OE-A and i WAS able to play isos but when i try to play them the next day it says this game cannot be played! i can still play homebrew and Ps1 Games though

Help me. I downloaded 3.52 m33-4 and put it into a folder called SEPLUGINS in GAME but in the PSP it came as corrupted DATA. I tried it on Game 150 and game 340 same thing. How can I get this firmware .Someone please help me!!!

If you have the fat PSP, configure GAME folder to run on 3.52. How? Shutdown your PSP. Then turn on your PSP again while holding your R button down. This will take you to the M33 recovery menu. Go to Configuration > Game folder homebrew and check if 3.52 is enabled. Press X or circle if not. Exit the recovery menu.

ok. i got to installing 3.52 m33-4 on my psp. i put the 3.71 m33 UPDATE folder into the GAME folder with the 371.pbp file with it. i ran the program and it said "this program needs to be running 3.52 m33-3 or higher." i am running a higher firmware!! what did i do wrong?

nope, u need 3.40 OE-A, 3.40 is the offical firmware, there is no recovery menu in the offical firmware (the blue screen with the options on it when he starts up the psp)
