actually they do follow the rules most of the time with the exception of article 1 section 8 paragraph 5, which of course gives congress the power to coin money and regulate its value. They had power to COIN THEIR OWN MONEY, write their own trade legislation, levy their own tarriffs, control their won borders and defend THEMSELVES. You see, when you see one piece is in the correct place but not flipped the correct way or is flipped the correct way, hold it so that it is on the bottom right of the up face and do U R Ui Li U Ri Ui L and then maybe repeat it once more in order to get them all in their correct places. I'm with Dawkins all the way in condemning parents for indoctrinating children by labeling them as "christian" or "muslim" (etc) children.
