nice one :) yeah didnt know that one... i know about vollies tho, love them!! im sure u know this but ill tell ua anyway, did you know holding Z in offence helps keep the ball when under pressure, and will make a player run to a ball faster... also clicking A on the ball will make the nearest player recieve it instead of the intended reciever... (assuming the intended is further away anyway)

Here's one you may not know: When the ball arrives at chest height from a long cross, move the analogue in the opposite direction that your player is facing. He will kick the ball over his head, turn around and carry on. Although you can swing the nunchuk when the ball comes over to pull off a pretty spectacular goal.

Ok to do a drag back move in one direction with a player, holding down the z button, stop moving him so the player faces the other way, then immediatley move the analogue on the other direction the player is facing. you play it like its played its easily the best.most realistic football game about, by far... amazing stuff kicks the crap out of the basic ps/xbox/pc/gamecube versions and fifa games anyway, you get to control the whole team and use team strategies, instead of just 1 player at a time and relying on ai players to do the team strat for you etc

No. What happens then is the player recieving the ball lets it go through his legs. That's called a dummy. A stepover is when a player is running with the ball he does a circle round the ball with one leg then does the same immediatley with the other leg. Do you understand what I mean? What you said did work, but it was a different trick.

yeah the graphics are not great, but unlss yu are under 18 and need things to look shiney thats really not important... the gameplay is FAR better than that of on the ps3/xbox360 and ps versions of pes/fifa etc... its just a better game, you can do more and control your entire team instead of 1 player at a time... let the casual gamers worry about graphics, this is a hardcore game, so gameplay matters most

i dont think you can do that no, but you could try being in offense with teh ball, dribbling (pull main player with A) and then hold Z and shake the nunchuck as you run... a green arrow should appear over your head and your player should either do a dummy or a "trick" but i dont think a 360 roulette is part of that... but its worth a try etc...

Konami's first brawler, and the first 4-player one, I think (cool how it set the standard for # of enemies to match players). The AI is pretty tough (especially big regular enemies). They learned & adjusted it in later games. Thanks for posting.

You said it! The bosses had just about every horror movie influence you can find. The only thing that irked me was the only way you could recover health was after clearing a level, but that's the challenge of the game, I suppose. Thanks for posting!

Out of all the walk along beat-em-ups, this is the one I loved to play the most. The characters were cool, the level bosses were badass (how many horror villain influences can YOU find?) and the weapons were tasty... C'mon, that gun was very satisfying if you could keep hold of it, you could even shoot them while they were down. Lovely. I also liked the fact that if you kicked them in the head area when they were floored, they died quicker. Loved the pace too. Blindin' game!

This game was so damn sluggish, it felt like walking in maple syrup. Konami got the control right with TMNT and other 4-player arcade games afterwards. I agree, jpeegee, this game took forever. BTW, Vendetta is Crime Fighters 2 ;-)

I played this damn game for like an hour last night (MAME), got to around level 5 or 6 and finally just turned it off. Not that it's bad, but good lord, how long does it go on?!?!?!? My freakin' thumb was sore after awhile. Vendetta was much better.
