I love Julia Ecklar. Ever since she did the entire Elfquest album, I've been a real big fan. Despite the critical comments, It's really awesome to somebody who hasn't read the books yet.

This is really silly! Where's Severian's filigren cloak? He also never through Terminus Est away like that until it was all but completely destroyed in his battle with Balanders (but he kept the hilt). And wasn't Thecla supposed to be stunningly beautiful? Oh well, like you said, beggars can't be choosers.

Indeed! This is really corny. The Book of the New Sun tetralogy IS the final word for all Science Fiction/fantasy epics. I love it and have reread it many times. In fact, it has ruined to all other novels within it' immediate genre! A film adaptation would be tricky,however not impossible.

Why is anything with even a vague fantasy slant always accompanied by portentious lyrics and prog rock guitar stylings? Having said all this though, roll on that giant budget, 16 hour, four part cinema adaption of one of the finest novels ever!!
