the nokia n95 is £288 on the nokia website but i wouldent recomend this phone it crashes alot and it puses loads when takeing videos and the battery life is rubbish but it takes a nice photo and has good mp3 and looks nice and verry clear when makeing calls

My n95-1 battery lasts longer than a week...Playing, notes,music,wake-up, etc. When the phone is new, then the battery wont last, but if you recharge it right, then it will...Probably older firmware used it the video too...

actully that was the best phone i ever owned when i was at teh rich side of life i bought old monitors soled them for money alot money then bought a htc p3300 then it continued as that with all sorts of xpensive phones then i traded in my n95 for a psp and i lost it all oh well was fun while it lasted i was rich lol

Also from my experience software reliability is much better on the E71 than the original N95 Had It nearly 3 months now, never had it crash or reboot, totally solid. Unlike the N95 which would crash about once a week, and would have to remove the battery to reset it.

My previous comments all refer to the N95 in the video, and the one I had. However AFAICT this has been replaced by the black N95 8-gig model and N96. These phones put right what was wrong with the original N95, they have a bigger capacity battery, and very importantly the fragile glass LCD screen now has a protective covering. Camera in the E71 is not as good as the N95 been only 3megapixel, but its good enough for my use. I love the QWERTY keyboard though, great for a messaging addict like me

Problem with the N95 is the very fragile exposed LCD glass screen. I had a N95 screen shatter while it was in my jacket pocket. Battery life is just awful as well with this thing. Now got a Nokia E71, much better, has pretty much everything the N95 can do., but no fragile screen and has excellent battery life.

Thx for this I am convinced now I want the N95 no matter what.. its gonna be a good christmas present for me (my Prada phone got stolen last week!) I thought especially the touch screen was so complicated Thank god that Nokia is back on the market now with good quality, it seems like it was ages ago, but i think the reason to this is cause all these of sonyericssons and Lg design phones..they make nokia look bad But I have to agree that the futures in this phone are remirkable. thx again XD

iv been using the n95 for two weeks now. I've found the camera to be reliable and clear, music player to be brilliant and the wifi is second to none(including most palm pc's). Gps can take a while to connect but fixed with a pre-amp. End of the day it depends what you want ur phone to do, either use it as a laptop on the go. Or get ripped off by apple :p

si escucha... no puedes o si según, si no es la oferta nueva del n95 8gb (libre) te trae los mapas pagados por un tiempo. pero si el tuyo no los trae tienes que darle a opciones desde el la aplicacion del movil. Un año cuesta sobre 70? espero que te haya servido de ayuda un saludo!

I have one and the GPS charges $0 a month if you don't want the pointless voice commands. the stylist / touch capabilities leave your phone scratched up and and always dirty, keeping your fingers on the buttons and away from the screen is one of the smartest choices nokia has ever made. P.s Iphone and it's advanced (needlessly difficult) features can burn.

What you have to do is startup the moving ball application, rest the phone on your partners back and while you are making love in the kanine position, you have to try and make the ball hit the top edge of the screen as many times as you can. there are several ways to do that: 1-by the USB cable that comes with the phone using nokia PC suite software. 2-you can buy a memory card reader. 3-you can send tracks via bluetooth. 4-you can download music from the web. in case you don't find the track added go to the music library/options/update music library. it's really easy and its the same way with all nokia phones cheers

lol its really easy to change the back 1. you take your finger and put it on the sides of the slider 2 if you have long nails just slowly put your finger inbetween the gap of the slider bit (if you can find the lil gap) and then just run your finger all the way to the back your done =] then it should clip right off...well thats what happened with my n95 8gb xD

i dont belive so, but it depends on what you want, and what you use, i have the n95 8 gb, the cam is great, its fast, the battery is good, lasts about 3.5 days for me, its hard to use for the first day tho, the only thing i think is better about the n 96 is the GPS although i hardly use it on mine, but the head phone jack is on the top unlike the side on the 8gb

I think there is a rotate me future built in to the new 8gb but im not 100% sure. I saw this on a utube video but havent got a chance to test it cuz my phone is coming in Tommorow or the next day. actually u dont need the rotateme 2.0, u have it in your phone as an option. u have to go in to menu tools settings general adapt --> display. and there u will find "rotate screen" tab, press it and it will show u 2 options, 1. off, 2. automatic. choose automatic.

n95 8gb has better build quality, a bigger battery and twice the ram. The 8gb memory is internal though and transfer speed via USB is very slow. Since there is NO cardslot on the N95 8gb for expanding the memory a lot of people stick to the N95 classic if they frequently transfer large files as to do so with a micro sd and card adaptor is MUCH faster than the N95 8GB's cable method, and 8gb micro sd cards can be picked up now for a very small amount of money.
