Yeah cracksdhead, if you don't have respect for classics, then just go die in a hole or something! I grew up in the 16-bit era with my Genesis, and I love Sonic the hedgehog. derived from Mega Man 2 or 3, so it makes it a classic. for $10, it's worth it and it is viciously difficult. A lot of "Instant Deaths" on the boss stages and takes some maneuvering.. A few of the boss weapons are necessary and cool. Just wish all of them be needed to be used some where else, except for destroying boss masters. Thank goodness the blocks weren't so nauseating like in Mega Man 2 - Heat Man's stage.

The success of Megaman 9, however, may possibly pave the way for Megaman 10, and it's very possible that they may fill in the blanks that were left over the years. Some, like you and I, would like the story to be completed, but others prefer the mystery surrounding the cataclysm that devastated the world some unknown time in the hundred years X lay dormant. Only time will tell, eh? Here's hoping.

Eh.. Not even the people that dubbed these cutscenes could make it any better.. The story could have been so much better, but I can't help but feel like Capcom just half-assed it entirely. The game was way too easy. The only Boss that was even remotely difficult was wily, but that's about it. Most of the crap in the story made absolutely no sense. It's good that Capcom continued onto MM9 and never looked back on this story again.

I haven't even heard Endless and Special, and they're not really part of the main game anyway. Wily 3 and 4 though.. I don't know, I didn't want the medley to be too long, and I didn't like those that much anyway. (Although I've changed my mind now, they're both good!) I agree that the music in Mario Galaxy is great, but it's also difficult to make it metal without ruining what makes it good.
