Obama is an intellectual academic type,and as a result he fully understands that a healthy argument/dialogue amongst individuals with differing ideas results in the best overall synthesis of refined ideas and compromises. Bush thought that any disagreement amongst members of his advisement and himself constituted a lack of loyalty. This homogenous-minded approach resulted in disillusionment,blind policy pursual,and the failure we all know today. Nice to see the foundations for success are here.

Napolitano is governor of a border state, she is the former attourney general of Arizona, She is a formal U.S. Attourney, U.S. Attourneys aka Federal Prosectors are very important to Law Enforcement. I hope ths info helps. Her expereince prosecuting criminals and being governor of a border state makes her qualified to run Homeland Security which is redundant to the justic department.
