(It's certainly cheaper than buying a garmin zumo) 2.) Why would this company make a US version?! Why would they care? They'd have to negotiate all sorts of agreements just to get basemaps and other pertinent data. An American company can make that software.

You can transfer all your recorded videos to the PC and edit them with any Video software. All you need is an USB cable for connecting the PSP with the PC. And yes, you can delete the videos if you don't need them anymore. Even inside the PSP menus.

Currently it's only available in Japan and some parts of Europe. I have read nothing about an American release. But you can import it from Europe, and it probably has an option for english, although Wikipedia has the UMD kit labeled as Japanese only, but it may be different for the EU version.
