Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced today that it will be publishing a LEGO version of Rock Band this year for multiple platforms, including the DS. The DS version is being developed by Backbone Entertainment, the same company that made the forthcoming Rock Band Unplugged for PSP.

In June, MTV Games, EA and Harmonix will be releasing the first handheld version of their blockbuster franchise, Rock Band Unplugged, exclusively on the PSP. The game was developed by PSP veterans Backbone Entertainment, working closely with Harmonix.
